Now not all people will always comprehend that metal music is a genre that can produce love songs. In fact, if you look at the whole selection of modern love songs, there are only a handful of metal love songs. However, “My curse” should rank a little higher on the list. Though it’s very heavy metal, and it’s kind of scream-y, it’s still has a sweet sentiment. The loss of love has driven a man to sadness, yet he still holds on to the faint hope that he can still find her someday. It’s his longing that is his curse, but he still holds on to the hope there as well.
